I know that we got all of the equations in the most recent test, but do we get all the equations and formulas in the midterms and finals? And to save time, does anyone have a fast way to remember them?

I'm pretty sure all the equations and constants will be provided for every test/exam.

We'll be given one form of equations so you'll need to be able to switch it up for what you need. We'll also have all the constants like c h R and a periodic table

Yes, we should be receiving the same paper for midterms and finals. The only thing that's a bit confusing is whether to use the molar mass from the paper or the textbook because as I'm doing homework, I'm starting to memorize the ones from the textbook instead. I don't know if that will mess up my answer because of the sig figs...

We will be given the formulas for the test, however, you will have to know how to rearrange these equations to get what you’re looking for. To remember formulas I just memorize the main formulas and try rearranging them to get my answer by using dimensional analysis, so it would be best if you know the units and how to convert them to get what you want.

I believe we will be given all the equations and constants for every test/exam we take, but I believe you should still memorize the formulas because I find that it helps me to know exactly what to use when reading a problem. However, the formulas given on the test could be good for double checking to make sure you set up the equations properly.

Going off on this does anyone know if we need to memorize the polyatomic ions for future tests or will they be given to us? Also will we always be given a periodic table?

We get an equation sheet for most of the relevant equations, like we did during AP exams.

My TA said that while all equations and constants are provided, we should try and memorize most of them to save time during the test, which will likely take up the entire time period.
