The test is on Outline 2: The Quantum World. Black body radiation is not one of the topics listed on Outline 2 so I believe it will not be on the test.

I asked my TA and black body radiation is not focused on in this class, let alone for this test. I think Lavelle just mentioned it in class to prove a point.

I don't believe so. Dr. Lavelle mentioned it but explicitly said it was not something we'd need to understand in class, so I don't believe it will be on the test.
