Ionization Energy vs. Electronegativity
I'm a little confused. What is ionization energy and how is it different from electronegativity?

Ionization energy is the energy required to remove an electron from any atom to turn it into an ion. Electronegativity is a measure of how strongly an atom attracts electrons.

Ionization energy is the energy it takes to form an ion of that atom, aka to remove a valence electron. Electronegativity is how likely an atom is to attract an electron. They are basically opposites, so an atom like F has high ionization energy because it does not want to lose a valence electron (it has 7 valence electrons) and high electronegativity because it wants to gain an electron and stable like Ne. They follow the same trend however, which explains why they are both "high" for F.

Ionization energy is defined as the energy needed to remove an electron from an atom (in the gas phase). Electronegativity is the tendency of an atom to attract a shared pair of electrons towards itself.
The periodic trend for the ionization energy and electronegativity is the same, however, as they both increase across a period and up a group.

Ionization energy is how much energy is required to remove an electron but electonegativity is how attracted the atom is to gaining an electron. Most cases, the higher electronegativity the higher the ionization energy since they want to gain an electron, not lose an electron. Therefore, it'll be harder to remove an electron from an element that wants an electron.

Ionization Energy and Electronegativity are also related because if an electron has high electronegativity then it will be more difficult to remove electrons and therefore the ionization energy will be higher.
