Is there somewhere we can rent out a scientific calculator on campus?

Scientific Calculators are rather cheap and can be found in lots of retailers such as Target. I personally have Texas Instruments TI30XIIS. At Target it can be bought for $12.99 or buy from Amazon if you have Amazon Prime for students.

However, make sure your calculator is non-programmable and non-graphing.

You can also post on the Free and For sale page on Facebook and see if anyone is renting or selling theirs!
