Electron Density

Are single/double/triple bonds the only scenario in which there is high electron density that we need to know in terms of VSEPR model?

You must also consider lone pairs that change the angles between atoms surrounding the central atom.

Though the bonds themselves are what you should consider in terms of what to call the shape of the molecule, lone pairs should also be taken into account as they can change the measurement of the angles in between bonds.
