Is angular shape bond angle of 120 degrees or is it slightly less than 120?

Slightly less because lone pairs result in a greater repulsion than regular bonds since lone pairs.

Less than 120 degrees, lone pairs alter the bond angle slightly.

Angular shape is the same as bent shape. So it would be slightly less than 120 degrees.
