What are the two factors that affect the acidity of an acid?

I had the same question, but I didn't think this would be on the final since it was the things we cover. :(

For binary acids (H + an element A), the higher the electronegativity of A, the stronger the acid. Acid strengths down a group correlate with bond strength as well.

1. Strong acids lose H+ easily.
2. The resulting anion must be stable.
