Postby Emily Huang 1E » Sun Jan 20, 2019 1:11 pm

I was wondering if the test is multiple choice or short answer?

All of them should be short answer. They want to see you do the calculations.

Its all free response but sometimes he likes to throw in some conceptual multiple choice questions on the midterm and final.

Usually these isnt really any MC unless its a concept that he wanted us to remember from lecture, but the ones worth more and that take up like 90% of the test is the short answers.

I think the only multiple choice questions will be in the form of true and false. For the discussion tests in 14A it was mostly a mixture of conceptual and calculation based questions. It won't be formatted like the post module assessments, but the questions will be similar.
