Why aren't solids and liquids included in K expression? Wouldn't it significantly change K?

I believe it's because the availability of solids and liquids remains constant whereas the gases don't. The solids and liquids aren't as affected by volume like gases are.

While at equilibrium only aqueous and liquid species are represented in the equilibrium expression as they are the only species can change the concentrations.

This is because solids don't change in concentration because they don't have a concentration and liquids don't change because it is usually in excess and would cancel out on both sides.
