I have the same question too! I looked at Tables 12.1 and 12.2 but I didn't see the K value for it.

The value of Ka will probably be given to you on the test. Also you will probably need to know how to write a reaction similar to this. Basically, whenever a salt with a highly charged small cation is dissolved, the cation surrounds itself with the maximum number of water molecules, 6, which is what has happened here. Then that complex is able to act as an acid.
