Standard enthalpy of reaction is the enthalpy change that occurs in a system for a reaction in which it’s reactants and products are in their standard state.

You can just think of it as the normal enthaply, except when the conditions of the reactants and products are in the standard state. So it must be in 1 bar and pure states of elements.

The standard reaction enthalpy is just the enthalpy when all reactants and products are in their standard state at 1 atm.
