Will we be given the lewis structures for bond enthalpies?

I don't think so, but I'm not sure. I think you have to know the lewis structures on your own.

I am pretty sure that we don't get the lewis structure because my TA broke the process of calculating this down in steps and one of the first steps was to draw out the lewis structures to make sure that we account for all of the bonds.

Most likely not, my TA also included drawing the lewis structures to account for bonds as one of the steps when calculating using bond enthalpies.

I think we will be expected to know the basic shape of the structures but they won't need to be detailed.

I don't think we will be, considering we learned how to do it in 14A. My TA mentioned that we would be given the bond dissociation energies for all of the bonds needed to make the calculation, but we would have to know based on Lewis structures whether we had to use the energy for a triple, double, or single bond (ex: whether the C-C bond in the structure is a single bond or a double bond).

I don't think they will be given to us since learning and knowing basic Lewis structures was gone over in Chem 14A.
