I have a question about Question 3D
What is Ka2?

it's the second deprotonation of h3po4
the first would include h2po4- in the product, the second will include hpo4^2- in the product

Ka2 is the Ka for taking away the second hydrogen in H3PO4

the reaction would be

H2PO4(-) + H2O = HPO4(2-) + H3O(+)

and Ka2 would be

(HPO4(2-)*H3O(+))/H2PO4(-)

Ka2 is the second deprotonation, when an acid is polyprotic and can give away multiple hydrogens
