Does anyone know what specifically will be on test one? Will it be strictly outline 1? Or will it include acid/base as well?

Test 1 covers Equilibrium and Acid & Base Equilibria so it'll be outlines 1 and 2

Will we be tested on concepts (like multiple choice or short answers) or will it just be math problems?

Based on what happened last quarter in 14A, Dr. Lavelle's style is having mostly math problems with a sprinkling of concept questions throughout the exam.

Test 1 will cover equilibrium and acid and bases equilibrium. So we will probably be asked to calculate pH and molar concentrations after equilibrium has been reached.

Like everyone else said, and according to the announcement: Test 1 covers Equilibrium and Acid & Base Equilibria which is outline 1&2.
