What units are used for second order reactions?

The units of the rate constant is M-1*s-1 or 1/(M*s) where M is the concentration mol/L.

The unit is 1/Mol(second)

The unit for rate constant (k) in second-order reactions is (1/Mol*s).

In total the rate should be in M/s, but k will have units of 1/M*s
