Concentration Cells

When given 2 different concentrations, how do we know which concentration belongs to the oxidation / reduction reactions? In other words, how do we determine which concentration belongs to the anode and the cathode?

The problem I am looking at states that the electrons are flowing from the left electrode to the right electrode; the 2 concentrations are 0.10M and 2.0M

Furthermore, what is an aqueous electrolyte?

In concentration cells there is no need to identify which side is oxidized or reduced. Just realize that the one with the smaller concentration is always the product and the one with the higher concentration is the reactant.
