Final

Postby Jchellis 1I » Sun Mar 10, 2019 8:51 pm

Does anyone know the percentage of questions from each unit will be on the final?

I believe the newer sections are more heavily emphasized on the final.

There is no exact percentage, but the information we learned after the last test will be focused on more

I don't think there is an exact percentage, but the newer material will most likely be more heavily focused on. There probably won't be that many questions on specifics of the older material. I think the test will probably consist of broader, simpler problems from the older material, and more specific, in-depth problems from the newer material.

there will be more of the recent section compared to older ones since we have not been tested on the new topics yet. But study everything.

I don't think there's an exact percentage as everything is fair game, but the newer material might be emphasized more.

The new materials would weight more percentage I think.

I don't think there is an exact percentage but I believe anything that we covered after the midterm will be heavily on the final

Newer material will probably be covered more heavily, but we will definitely need to know everything.

The majority of the stuff on the final is going to focus on the newer topic but still have the stuff from the first tests

I am guessing the new material will be heavily weighted, but you cannot really predict with Lavelle's tests. It is safe to say that everything is fair game...

I don't remember the exact number but I think it was in the low to mid 80's percentage wise

The TAs said that the newer material will be more heavily emphasized but there will still be a portion of content on previous topics.

I think Lavelle always has at least one question per larger section on his syllabus.

There will most likely be a pretty fair distribution of content, but leaning more towards thermo and kinetics
