when calulating Q do the concentrations have to be in standard conditions?

The concentrations do not have to be in standard conditions when calculating Q.

Q is the reaction quotient, meaning it only depends on the concentrations and not the state that the reactants and products are in.

When calculating Q, the concentrations do not have to be in standard conditions.

Nope, it only depends on the concentration/partial pressure.

No, unless the problem states for you to use standard concentrations.
