G.17 7th edition

I understand how you have to multiply the .20(.250)(159.60) for a, but why is it multiplied times .250 if in the problem it says 250 and not .250?

If you're looking at the solution manual for that problem, they use Liters as the unit of measurement. 250 mL is .250 Liters.
