I would say to pay attention to the outlines that are on the class website when it comes to concepts you may need to know for test and then I would make sure you have an understanding on how to do all the hw problems on the syllabus especially the ones towards the end as they are usually the hardest and involve the most concepts.

Definitely go over the pre/post module assessment questions and make sure you know how to answer those as well. They're probably going to help out a lot foundation-wise and allow you to build on that knowledge to do the hw problems as well.

I found the pre/post assessment questions to be very helpful also professor Lavelle outlined the important questions in the textbook that correspond to the topics he discussed in class.

Make a study group because it really helps to talk things out with others, especially the theoretical stuff we're doing right now with quantum numbers.
