Yes - I believe at this point we will consider the speed of light/radiation as a constant because there are no changing mediums in the problems we are dealing with.

The speed of light is considered to be constant for our purposes in chemistry, but this is only a postulate since it has not been proved.

The speed of light will usually always be given as a constant when doing problems.

Yes, I believe that Lavelle specifically stated the c= speed of light is always a constant. Atleast in this class.

Speed of light is a constant depending on the medium it travels through. The "c" speed of light constant indicates the speed of light in a vacuum.
