The Pauli Exclusion Principle basically states that no more than 2 electrons can occupy the same orbital at once and if an orbital does have 2 electrons, the spin will be paired.

The Pauli Exclusion principle says that each orbital can only have two electrons, and if two electrons are in the same orbital, they must have opposite spins. I think the 'exclusion' part of the principle simply means that once you know the spin of one electron, the other cannot be the same and is therefore antiparallel.
Also, this lends itself to the concept that no two electrons in an atom can have the exact same set of quantum numbers, because if each orbital has a unique set of 3 quantum numbers and each one of the two electrons in the orbital has a different spin number, then each electron must have a unique set of four quantum numbers.

The Pauli Exclusion Principle says that no two electrons can have the same sign. For instance, an orbital can contain two electrons at most and both electrons must have opposing signs. This can be represented an upward and downward arrow visually.

It basically says that an orbital can only have a max of 2 electrons, and that 2 electrons can't have the same sign.

It basically says that in an atom or a molecule, 2 electrons can’t have the same four electronic quantum numbers. The two electrons in an orbital must have opposite spins.

The Pauli Exclusion Principle basically states that each orbital can only have two electrons, and since they are in the same orbital, these electrons must have opposite spins, which is shown by the arrows pointing in the opposite direction.

No two electrons may have the same 4 quantum numbers. i.e. two electrons in the same orbital must have opposite spins. It is not possible for them to have the same spin.

The Pauli Exclusion Principle states that no one orbital can have more than 2 electrons and that those two electrons cannot have the same quantum number.
