Fluorine is the most electronegative element on the periodic table. Therefore, electronegativity increases as you go up and to the right of the periodic table.

Electronegativity increases from left to right of the periodic table and decreases as you move down a group.

Both electronegativity and ionization energy increases from left to right. The same is true for electron affinity. the opposite however is true for the atomic radius.

Yes, if electronegativity increases, the nucleus attracts electrons more strongly, meaning the electrons are also harder to remove.
