Midterm

Postby Jaci Glassick 2G » Tue Oct 29, 2019 10:52 am

Does anyone know if we will be needing any testing materials for the midterm? Just wanting to be prepared. Thank you!
Also, where can we find the locations for the midterm?

I don't believe locations for the midterm have been released yet.

I think that we need a blue book, since it is an official midterm, as well as a scientific calculator for basic calculations. Other than that, some extra pens would be good to have on hand too. And I haven't heard anything about the midterm locations yet, so he will probably be sending out an email or discussing it in lecture soon.

I think Dr. Lavelle will give announcements about midterm at the lecture tomorrow. He will post information about midterm locations, too.

Are you certain that we need a blue book? I took an official midterm for a math class and it was not needed.

Not to worry, the only thing necessary for Professor Lavelle's midterms are pens/pencils, a calculator and your bruin ID

Blue books are not needed for the midterm.

And bring a pen and a basic calculator! Professor Lavelle said that anything "over $10" is probably not allowed.

All you need to bring is a pen, a scientific calculator, and your ID. Depending on your last name, the location is gonna be different, check out Dr. Lavelle's website for details.
