Study Tips!

Postby Sunia Akaveka 4I » Sun Oct 27, 2019 9:45 pm

I was wondering if anybody has any really helpful study tips for this class. I know that reading the textbook is one of the most helpful study methods but can anyone suggest anything other than this?

I personally like to watch videos on youtube or khan academy for topics that I don't quite understand. One really great YouTuber is Bozeman Science.

Yes, watching Khan Academy videos is helpful! Especially for this new section. Also, I really recommend going to the step up sessions. They really help me out.

The workshops and step up sessions are really helpful. Also I would watch the audio visuals for each topic and review your lecture notes.

Watching Khan Academy videos, attending step-up sessions, and doing a lot of additional practice problems from the textbook have been helping me!

Watching YouTube videos and taking notes on them has been very resourceful for me. It helps me gain a better understanding of the concepts for equations and the main topics of our classes.

make your own graphic organizer!! Use formulas as main headlines and write a checklist of things you know and things you don't know.

all those tips are really helpful! in addition, i would go over all the problem sets again and see if you can solve them without too much help from the textbook and your notes
