midterm 1
Does anyone know if Lewis acids and bases will be on the first midterm? And which topics are going to be covered?

Everything from Outline 1: Review of Chemical & Physical Principles and Outline 2: The Quantum World will be on the midterm. Almost everything from Outline 3: Chemical Bonds will be on the midterm cutting off at Focus 2D. everything you need to know about the outlines is on Dr. Lavelle's website for Chem14A.

^^ This is accurate, therefore Lewis acids and Bases will not be on the midterm.
