Hydrogen bond Strength

Compared to other types of bonds, how does hydrogen bonding compare in strength/energy? I was a little confused about the way they explained it in the book.

Hydrogen is the strongest compared to London forces and dipole bonds.

Hydrogen bonding is the strongest form of dipole-dipole interaction. London dispersion forces are the weakest form in a sense as it is the result of two induced dipoles interacting.

Out of the bonds, hydrogen is the strongest, and London (or dipole-induced dipole) forces are the weakest. When the hydrogen atom binds to an extremely electronegative atom (N, O, or F), it's only electron is pulled in very close, reducing the atomic radius and therefore forming a very stable bond.
