Bent or Angular?

Is bent or angular the best term to use to describe a trigonal planar/tetrahedral with one lone pair? VSEPR charts online use the term "bent," but the textbook calls them "angular".

Technically they are the same thing so I don't think it matters, you would most likely get a problem correct with either name. Lavelle used bent in his lecture though.

I believe angular is 2 atoms bonded to the central atom with 1 lone pair, and bent is 2 atoms bonded to the central atom with 2 lone pairs.
