Would something that is polydentate mean that it would have a lot of lone e- pairs?
So between HN(CH2CH2NH2)2, CO3^-2, oxalate, the polydentates would be CO3^-2 and oxalate?

a polydentate is where ligands can occupy more than 1 binding site simutaneously

also the polydentates would be dien (the first molecule listed) and oxalate

dien would be a tridentate
oxalate would be a bidentate

All of the compounds that you listed can be polydentates:

HN(CH2CH2NH2)2 is tridentate, CO3^2- is mono or bidentate, and oxalate is bidentate.
