Single bonds are sigma bonds, in double bonds there is a sigma and pi bond, and in triple bonds there are two pi bonds and one sigma bond.

Sigma bonds are always one of the (up to three) bonds in a bond between two atoms. Specifically, there is one sigma in a single bond, one sigma in a double bond and one sigma in a triple bond.

Yes they are. Sigma bonds are also in double and triple bonds.

Single bonds are sigma bonds but they can also exist in double and triple bonds.

Yes, single bonds always have one sigma bond.

Yes, every single bond is immediately a sigma bond, but there are also sigma bonds in double and triple bonds.

Yes the first bind is always a sigma bind while all other bonds formed will be pi bonds.
