Equations

Will the equations like pH=-log [H+], Ka=x^2/Ha-x, and etc. be provided on the final?

I believe that the formula sheet for the final should be the same as the other formula sheets provided for the previous exams. It does include the pH=-log[H+] formula, but does not have Ka on it from what I see.

the equation sheets from the last test didn't have the formula for Ka but pH was on there

Thank you, and also when the equation is pH=-log [H+] it is the same as pH=-log[H3O+]?

When do you use the Ka and Kb equations...? What's the difference between those and the pH and pOH equations?
