Ka is the acid dissociation constant and is used for weak acids and pka is the -log(Ka).

Ka is the concentration of the product over the concentration of the reactant.

Since kA represents the amount of H+ concentration at equilibrium for weak acids, it will be high if the acid has a high H+ and vice versa. The pkA is inversely related to this as it is the -log of this number (hence p in front) and would be lower if the weak acid was on the stronger side and vice versa. Therefore, stronger weak acid equals higher kA and lower pkA, weaker weak acid equals lower kA and higher pkA.
