Heme complex & O2

Does only one O2 molecule bind to the heme complex at one time?

Yes only one O2 can bind to each coordinate structure at a time

Yes each heme complex binds to one O2- molecule which is why myoglobin only transports one oxygen molecule at a time.

Yes, I believe this is because the max electrons Fe can accomodate are 18 electrons with all its orbitals filled.
