Most stable form of a lewis structure usually means that the least amount of lone pairs right?

The most stable form of a Lewis structure is when all the formal charges on the molecules are zero.

Lone pairs are not necessarily all that is considered. As said, formal charge should be zero or whatever the original charge on the molecule is.

It doesn't necessarily mean that the molucule will be more stable, but molecules with more lone pairs will have smaller bond angles due to electron repulsion.

That is not necessarily true. The most stable lewis structure is when the formal charge is 0 with all the atoms in the molecules.
