parts of salts that don't affect pH
Which parts of salts aren't included in the equilibrium concentration? I know that Na+ and Cl- don't affect the pH because they are stable in aqueous solution, but what other cations/anions should I know about?

All strong acid and base cations/anions will not affect the pH of the solution.

All the conjugate base/acid of a strong acid or base will not affect the pH of the solution because they are the extremely weak conjugate base and acid of strong acid and base and therefore will not play a role in changing the pH level.

Oh okay... this makes sense as to why strong acids and bases will not change the pH.

The cations and anions of strong acids and bases don't play a role in affecting pH and are not included in equilibrium concentration.
