Converting from Kp to Kc

Converting from Kp to Kc
For the sake of this course, do we have to know the convention equation from Kp to Kc? And if we do, will it be on Test 1? And if it is, will the equation for it be on the equation sheet? Thank you.

How can there be different values for Kc and Kp if they are both equilibrium constants of a reaction?

I can't say if we will have to know how to convert between the two, but I know you should be able to convert from concentration to partial pressure. It was never said explicitly in class that we had to know how to do this, but maybe it is better just to know it in case.

Kp is the constant given by the partial pressures of the gases, and Kc is the equilibrium constant given by the concentrations of gases. They are both calculated the same way but will result in different numbers. I'm pretty sure that if we need to know them then the conversion constants will be given. Does anyone know if we need to know this?
