Test 1 Material
In term of understanding the equilibrium constant K, do we have to know the thermodynamic interpretations of it? As in understanding how it relates to Gibbs Free Energy, considering we haven’t really covered Gibbs Free Energy yet.

No, definitely not for Test 1. We just need to know in terms of enthalpy (delta H).

Only the first two topics: Chemical Equilibrium, and Acid and Base Equilibria are on the exam, so anything we are learning about thermodynamics will be on the midterm.
