I don't think so. You are raising the temperature for heat capacity, which would require a positive input of energy/heat.

Heat capacity is defined as the heat required to raise the temperature of an object by 1 degree C. Since we are trying to raise the temperature, heat must be added and thus should be a positive input.

No because it doesn't make sense for it to take negative energy to raise the temperature of a substance.

No, because you can't have a negative value for the amount of energy required to raise the temperature.
