Part C) Why would the entropy generated be less if you were in a room kept at 30. degrees Celsius?

The equation used is deltaSsurroundings= (-deltaH)/T
Since temperature is in the denominator, if that value is increased, then the overall value of the expression (deltaSsurroundings) would be smaller.

Yes, because the temperature is larger in the denominator, the fraction would be smaller compared to if the temperature was smaller. This is also why a certain amount of heat has more effect on the entropy when the temperature is lower.
