### STP

Why is STP at 273.15 K (0 Celcius) and not 298 K like many constants are given at. Is there a separate constants list for values at STP?

STP is 25 degrees Celsius that's why its 298K. At 0 degree celsius its 273.15K because to go from celsius to kelvin you add 273.15

i think 298 is 25+273 and 25 is considered "room temperature" not "standard"

You should check the constants list and if it explicitly states that it's at STP and not 298K!

STP is 0 Celsius, 273.15K and 1.00 atm. The equations should work the same except for when your dealing with things like $\Delta G_{formation}^{0}$ where typically those constants are calculated from 298 K. Its probably best to make sure the constants you're dealing with explicitly say it was calculated from STP or 298K.

STP, which is standard temperature and pressure, is 1 atm and 273 K (273.15, to be specific).

This is often confused with standard state/standard conditions, which is 298 K, This is also referred to as room temperature.

STP is just 273.15K and 1 atm. These values are mainly just for theoretical calculations because 0K is not feasible in everyday life.
