In comparison to G = H - TS, what other use do we have in using this equation?

It allows us to observe the relationship between the equilibrium constant and temperature.

This equation allows you to tell whether a reaction is spontaneous or not deepening on given entropy and enthalpy values. You can also calculate temperatures for which the reaction is spontaneous.

You can use this equation to find when delta G is closest to delta H, to do this, you would find a reaction with the lowest entropy(delta S)

You can generally only use lnK = (-delta H/RT) + (delta S/T) when the reaction is at equilibrium because you are setting Q = K.

This equation allows you to determine whether a reaction is endo or exergonic based on the values and signs of ∆H and ∆S.
