How does the Van't Hoff equation relate to equilibrium?

it relates to equilibrium because K is the equilibrium constant. It helps to find the K at different temperatures.

Van Hoff's can find a K value knowing two different temperature or it can find a temperature knowing two different K values.

The K used in the Van't Hoff equation is the equilibrium constant. It is useful for finding the equilibrium constant at different temperatures.

It helps us observe how the equilibrium ratio between products and reactants differs for a reaction conducted at different temperatures.

Since K means the equlibirum ration of product over reactant. We use the equation to calculate K.

It relates the equilibrium constant, which shows the relative concentrations of each substance at a certain temperature, to the temperature, delta S, and delta H.
