Re: Delta E
They both represent change in internal energy. I think deltaU is used a lot in lecture and in the textbook, but deltaE is on the constants sheet

Re: Delta E
both delta e and delta u represent the change in internal energy, and i think on the constant sheet it is also used interchangeably

Re: Delta E
Delta E is the change in energy and it can be used interchangeably for the change in internal energy.
Re: Delta E
They represent the same thing and can be used interchangeably. They both represent the change in internal energy of a system.

Re: Delta E
Delta E and Delta U both represent the change in internal energy in a system. Both values are equal to the Final Energy of the System-Initial Energy of the System.

Re: Delta E
Does delta E always represent the change in internal energy? doesn't e just represent energy?

Re: Delta E
Both delta E and delta U are used as notations for internal energy. You can interchange them
