### Liter to meter cubed?

does anyone have an easy way to remember a conversion factor for dm^3 to m^3?
On the midterm we were given 1L=1dm^3 but the answer called for mol/m^3

One liter is 1/1000th of a cubic meter. way of thinking about that: 10cm^3 is 1000cm^3 is a liter. 10cm is 0.1(meter). 0.1^3 (for 3 side lengths) is 0.001, or 1/1000th

My AP Chem teacher was an Ozzy and always used: Kangaroos Hop Down Mountains Drinking Choccy Milk. Not that one's better than the other, but I've always remembered it through that acronym :)
