It is not. You should know how to derive it. If you don't know, I suggest just memorizing it.

It's not, but you are required to know how to derive it, but the equations necessary to derive it are on the equations sheet.

It’s not on the equation sheet but if you know how to derive it or if you memorize it you should be fine

I could be wrong but I remember it being on the equation sheet for test 2? but otherwise it isn't on the current online equation sheet. Although the test is open notes so just make a note of it.
