Voltaic Cells

Are voltaic cells the same as galvanic cells?

Yes, they both are the same things but different names. Both have two different metals connected by a salt bridge or a porous disk between the individual half cells.

Yes, they are the same thing. Both are different from concentration cells.

Yes, they are the same. The other kind of cell that was mentioned but not studied in class was the concentration cell.
