Limiting Reactants & Limiting Reagents
so, i was really confused in after having gone to my lecture and discussion. i just want to know if there's a difference between the two. If so, what is it?

Re: Limiting Reactants & Limiting Reagents
There is a subtle difference. A reactant is a directly reacting substance present at the initiation of the reaction whereas a reagent is a substance participating in a chemical reaction. While all reactants are considered reagents not all reagents are considered reactants (ex: solvents and catalysts).

Re: Limiting Reactants & Limiting Reagents
I have made one educational chemistry video about the limiting reactant calculation. Thank you very much. -Aya Ghoneum

Excellent and well organized video!
You did a great job explaining not only how to do a limiting reagent problem, but also when to do this calculation. Your video was very well done and organized. Awesome explanation.

How accurate should we be when rounding off atomic weights for elements in doing conversions from grams to moles? Should we generally truncate after 2 decimal points, or is it a matter of significant figures, or some combination?

Pretty sure it's typically a matter of sig figs given in the question.
