[CoBr2(en)2] SO4 but I think it should be an ion with a negative 1 charge.

yes I agree because you have 2 Br which is -1 charge each, and a sulfate with a -2 charge. In total you have -4 charges and if Cr were to have a +3 charge, the whole ion would have -1 charge.
