Pressure vs. Volume

Why does the equation delta S=nRln(P1/P2) have initial pressure on top when the other equations that contain volume or temperature have final volume or final temperature on top?

Volume and Temperature are proportional to one another. i.e. if, under constant pressure, the temp increases, so will volume the volume.
But Volume and Pressure are inversely related. i.e. when volume increases, the pressure decreases.
I think it has something to with this relationship.
