Write the half-reactions and the balanced equation for the cell reaction for each of the following galvanic cells:
(d) Pt(s)|O2(g)|H+(aq)||OH-(aq)|O2(g)|Pt(s)

If you look at the solution manual, why is the anode reaction the one with the larger Eknot? I thought the cell potential had to be positive, so we would make the larger Eknot the cathode?

Cell potentials can be negative, which indicate that the reactions are not spontaneous.
